The flat is located on the first floor of a completely renovated house with a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the mountains. It has a balcony and the possibility to have breakfast on one of the terraces in the entrance area of the house and also to use sun loungers. The whole property is fenced. The private parking space is directly at the house (opposite side of the road) and is available to our guests free of charge.

Nesso is a traditional, lively village, picturesque and fascinating with beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Our flat offers you breathtaking views over the lake as if from a bird's eye view. More lake view is not possible! Situated halfway between Como and Bellagio (each 15 km from the shore road), Nesso has still kept its original tradition. In addition to the lakeside road, it can also be reached by bus or boat, especially as it has its own ferry landing stage. Various bathing spots invite you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water. The special feature of Nesso is a waterfall (Orrido) in the middle of the village, 90 m deep, which Leonardo da Vinci already philosophised about. From our flat you can reach all areas of Nesso on foot via stairs, which also allow you to walk directly to the lake (approx. 15 min). Various small shops (Alimentari) 200m away from the house allow you to get basic fresh groceries directly on site. Bars and restaurants in the village let you dive right into the Italian life. Throughout the area you will find famous villas with their enchanting gardens, which can be explored especially well from a boat, as well as many traditional villages that invite you to stay.

The Lariana SS583 is the shore road and main artery along Lake Como. Here you can take the bus lines C30 (Como-Bellagio) or C32 (Como-Nesso- Zelbio- Veleso). Como, Bellagio and all the other major towns can also be reached by ferry, which docks at Nesso at least twice a day. Coming from Milan airport (Malpensa or Linate) you can take the train to Como Centro Lago (malpensaexpress.it). Then take the bus (C32/ C30) or also the ferry to Nesso. Or you can arrive in Bergamo or Milano at the airport and take a rental car. Or call us in good time and we will organise an airport taxi for you.
